Mike Reinhold is an experienced financial executive with a proven track record for creating sustainable value and positive social impact in complex environments. Mike understands how to harness the power of a public-private partnership and drive results. He comes to MaiaCo from Tur Partners, where he served as a principal of the firm.
During his career, Mike has participated in private equity transactions totaling more than $250 million in equity and debt. Mike possesses a diverse background in strategic management, private equity, corporate turnarounds and socially motivated investing. For the past two years, Mike has had an active presence in the City of Gary. He has worked with the mayor’s office, the Redevelopment Commission and the Gary Economic Development Corporation to support efforts in the areas of sustainability and revitalization.
Greg Goldner is a bold visionary with extraordinary strategic experience in both the public and private sector. As a successful entrepreneur, Greg built his 14 year old public affairs and strategic communications firm into a nationally recognized force. While working in government, he earned a reputation for managing stakeholders, tackling complex issues and winning consensus among all parties.
Greg has earned the trust of Fortune 100 CEOs, industry association executives and policymakers with his forward-looking 360° business insights, his acutely perceptive strategic thinking, and his renowned public affairs expertise on the local, state and national levels.
B.R. Lane has earned a reputation in Illinois and Indiana for effectively navigating complex business, political and regulatory landscapes in a variety of managerial, appointed and private sector roles. She has served as director of the Illinois Lottery, interim director of the Gary/Chicago International Airport, chief of staff to the mayor and deputy mayor of Gary and as an executive of an S&P 500 gaming technology company.
Her proven track-record of developing and executing complex strategies to address significant administrative, regulatory and political challenges will provide the intellectual capital required to manage the public and private interests.
